Stevens Institute of Technology women's outdoor track and field freshman Amy Regan (Green Brook, N.J.) was named the Empire 8 Athlete of the Week after setting a school record in the 5,000-meter race as the Division III runner-up at the multi-Divisional Penn Relays.
