In the 2-0 week for the Ducks, freshman Erica Guketlov totaled 20 points and 12 rebounds with five assists. She shot 7-for-17 from the field, including 6-of-11 from three-point range to go along with three steals. For her performances, she was named Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Week.
On November 26, Guketlov poured in a career-high 17 points in a 72-50 win at Centenary College and went a perfect 5-for-5 from long range with six boards.
Four days later, she snatched six more rebounds and handed out three assists with three points in a hard-fought 77-72 home victory over William Paterson University.
Through six games this season, the freshman guard is averaging 6.7 points and 3.5 rebounds per outing. Guketlov is tops on the team in assists with 14 and three pointers made with 10. She is also second in three-point shooting percentage (40%) and third on the squad with seven steals.
