Freshman Erica Guketlov (Spotswood, N.J.) of the Stevens Institute of Technology women's basketball team was chosen as the Empire 8 Conference's Rookie of the Week for the second time this season on Monday.

Guketlov averaged 14 points in a 1-1 conference week for the Ducks and drained eight three points (8-for-15) in the two contests. In a 62-52 win over Utica, she netted all 12 points from long range with six rebounds, four assists and three steals on January 3. The following afternoon, she scored 16 points in a 78-69 loss against Ithaca and went 4-for-7 from behind the arc.

Through nine games this season, Guketlov leads the Empire 8 in three-point shooting percentage at 46.5-percent (20-for-43) and is 22nd nationally. She has made at least one three in each of the nine contests this year and has sunk 16 in the past five outings while shooting 55.2-percent.
