Dobbelaar Baseball Field at the DeBaun Athletic Complex

Dobbelaar Field, home of the Stevens Ducks, is one of the premier collegiate baseball facilities in the Northeast. Located atop the Stevens Institute of Technology campus in Hoboken, N.J., the field overlooks the Hudson River and the New York City skyline, providing a unique backdrop for competition. Raised seating offers clear views of the field, while stadium lights and a synthetic turf surface allow for night games and year-round play.

Designed to enhance both player performance and the fan experience, Dobbelaar Field features clearly defined baselines, warning tracks, protective netting, and dugouts along the first and third base lines. Seating along the third base side provides an excellent view of the field and skyline beyond the outfield wall.

The facility includes modern amenities such as full dugouts, portable bullpens, and a digital scoreboard that displays graphics and game information. Dobbelaar Field also features the AWRE Sports system, an AI-powered video and data platform that provides multi-angle streaming and performance analysis, with games available live on AWRE TV.

Plans are in place to add a Trackman system, which will provide advanced analytics such as pitch movement, velocity, spin rate, exit velocity, and launch angle. With its professional-quality surface, modern technology, and scenic location, Dobbelaar Field offers an outstanding environment for collegiate baseball.
