ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. (December 10, 2010) – The Stevens Institute of Technology wrestling team moved to 4-4 on the season after splitting a pair of matches at the Elizabethtown Duals. The Ducks defeated New York University 23-12 before falling to the No. 20 Blue Jays 22-14. Four Ducks went 2-0 on the afternoon, including seniors Bobby Bishop and Vince Termini.

After an NYU forfeit at 125-lbs., Contino put NYU on the board with a 7-3 decision over Neugebauer. Contino then knotted the match at six with a 6-2 decision over Pestana, before Hawkes gave the Violets a 9-6 edge with a 7-2 decision over Owens.
Caserta helped Stevens regain the lead with a 14-2 major decision over Boyd before Magill put NYU back on top, 12-10, with a 3-0 decision over Leo Dormann. Ryan Dormann then scored a 9-1 major decision over Pawlowski, before Bishop earned a 4-2 victory over Galassi. Termini put extended the Stevens lead with a 5-3 decision over Massey before Schmalz sealed the Ducks' win with a 5-1 victory over de la Cruz.

Sheridan then defeated DiLiello, 6-1 at 141-lbs. before Caserta earned the Ducks first victory with a 10-2 major decision in a 149-lb. bout win over Heist.
Eno notched a close 2-1 decision over Leo Dormann at 165-lbs., before Ryan Dormann and Bishop earned 9-3 and 6-3 decisions, respectively, over their Elizabethtown counterparts. Termini made it three in a row for Stevens with a 10-2 major decision over Gerstacker before Katzaman closed out the match with a 4-0 decision over Schmalz.
