Stevens Lacrosse Club starts their 2014 spring season with a victory over NYU, 9-7. In a close game against the two rival teams, NYU took an early lead and held on to it through the first half. At the start of the third quarter, a few quick goals put Stevens in the lead. NYU tied the game up again at the start of the fourth quarter, but Stevens rallied for the victory. Key goals were scored by Ricky Simon, Ty Samms, Sawyer Coleman, and Jack VanRoden.

Stevens looks forward to continuing their success through their next few games at the beginning of March, and matching up against NYU for a second time this season.
