Nicole Mahoney homered and Harper Patski collected four hits for Ramapo, who closed the day with a 7-6 record.

In the opener, Ramapo hit three home runs en route to a 9-1 victory.
Harper Patsko hit a solo homer to left to open scoring in the second and Nicole Mahoney and Grace Brennan each hit two-run shots in the fifth to break the game open.
Farryl Groder drove in the lone run for the Ducks.Â
Patsko led off the second with a long blast to left off starter
Olivia Gemma (5-1). Kendra Decker singled. Brennan walked and Olivia Mahon singled to third to load the bases. Sierra Machinski single up the middle to score Decker. Mahon made a baserunning error and was thrown out by
Amanda DiLeo. Machinski stole second. Jackie Howarth blooped a single to left just beyond the reach of third baseman
Emily Sellitti to score a pair of runs. Howarth scored the final run of the inning on Nicole Hernandez's ground ball to short.
The five-run cushion was more than enough for Erin Fitzsimmons (4-2), who scattered two hits over five innings without striking out a batter, in earning her fourth win.

In game two, junior
Olivia Gemma drew a bases-loaded walk to score
Samantha Schattin with the go-ahead run as the Ducks rallied for a 7-6 victory to earn a split of the doubleheader.
Corinne Loncar and
Emily Sellitti hit long home runs for Stevens in support of sophomore
Marissa Cappello (4-4), who pitched her fourth complete game of the season.
In the decisive fourth inning,
Amanda DiLeo led off with a walk against Christina Brizek (2-2). Schattin swapped places with DiLeo, reaching on a fielder's choice for the first out of the inning. Sellitti singled through the right side and
Farryl Groder walked to load the bases. After a Ramapo pitching change, Loncar fouled out, bringing up Gemma, who worked a two-out walk off Katrina Buczkowski to bring in the go-ahead run.
Sellitti's two-run shot in the sixth provided the Ducks with a 7-4 lead. Ramapo would score two times in the seventh to trim the lead to 7-6 on back-to-back RBI singles, but Cappello induced a flyout from Ally Spellman with the tying run on third to end the game.
Up Next: The Ducks return to Waterfront Park for an Empire 8 Conference doubleheader with Alfred University on Friday, April 7. First pitch times scheduled for 3 and 5 p.m. A fan bus will depart from Jonas at 2:30 and 4:30.
