Stevens accumulated a combined 409 points across the fall, winter, and spring athletic seasons, marking the Ducks' 15th consecutive finish in the top 45 (approximately the top 10%) of all Division III institutions.

Stevens, who slotted between Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) foe Messiah (509 points) and Salisbury (482 points) in the final standings, was the second-highest finisher among the 16 MAC institutions. Stevens finished second among Division III programs in New Jersey, trailing Rowan, which notched 708 points, good for 17th place.

Emory University won the Learfield Cup with 1,198.75 points, followed by Johns Hopkins University with 1,147 points. Tufts University rounded out the top three with 1,069 points.
The spring season was again the department's most successful, as the Ducks scored in six different sports to total 293 points. Women's lacrosse gave Stevens 64 points after advancing to the third round of the NCAA Tournament for the first time. Men's lacrosse, men's tennis, and women's tennis each contributed 50 points by advancing to the second round of their respective NCAA Tournaments, while men's volleyball added 45 points. With their 35th-place finish at the NCAA Championship, men's golf rounded out the spring with 34 points.

Stevens finished the fall in 44th place after accumulating 125 points, powered by three teams reaching their sport's respective NCAA Tournament. Men's soccer and women's volleyball each totaled 50 points for the department after posting NCAA victories, while field hockey's third MAC Freedom crown added 25 points.

During the winter, Stevens fell to 56th place, registering 81 points. Wrestling, led by All-Americans Luke Hoerle and Ryan Smith, garnered 56 points. Women's basketball added the final 25 points by winning the MAC Freedom Championship over DeSales.
The LEARFIELD Directors' Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in the NCAA Championships. Eighteen total teams can be scored for the final standings, four of which must be men's and women's basketball and men's and women's soccer.
