Hoboken, N.J. (July 23, 2025) – The Stevens Institute of Technology women's lacrosse team was recognized by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) on Wednesday for its outstanding academic performance.

The Ducks, who posted a 3.782 GPA in the spring semester and a 3.676 cumulative GPA for the academic year, were honored as an Academic Honor Squad for the 21st time in program history. To qualify for the IWLCA Academic Honor Squad distinction, a team must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher for the academic year.

In addition, 12 student-athletes were named to the IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll: Quincy Connell, Lindsay Esposito, Rebecca Guerra, Maddie Hogan, Alison Lax, Emily Leiby, Marie Lindberger, Stefanie Sellitto, Lauren Sullivan, Emily Smart, Anna Velardi, and Maggie Zarish-Yasunas.
