2015-16: Notched a third place time of 10:49.77 in the DMR at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships...finished first in 10:13.65 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Matthew Vassar Twilight...career-best time of 16:24.69 in the 5K at the Ramapo Invitational.
2014-15: Career-best mark of 4:13.16 in the 1,500-meter at the Lions Invitational...finished seventh in the 1,500 at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships.
2013-14: Recorded a second place finish with a time of 9:38.88 in the 3,000-meter at the Monmouth Moonlight at the MAC...season-best mile time of 4:50.63 at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships...notched a pair of 11th place finishes in the 1,500m at the Oneonta May meet and Empire 8 Championships.
