Rachel Cortez returns to Castle Point after a great career as a foil fencer for the Ducks from 2002-07. Cortez holds the school record for career foil wins in the three-weapon era with 95 and also holds the single season mark with 45 wins in the 2005-06 season. Cortez graduated from the Charles V. Schaefer school of Engineering in 2007, and currently works as a Mechanical Engineer in New York City.
