Jeff Parker has been at the helm of the Stevens Institute of Technology women’s soccer program since August of 2000 and enters his 24th season in 2023. He holds the program record with 293 total victories at Stevens.

During his time on the Palisade, the women’s soccer program has strived to pursue excellence and develop an identity in the classroom, on campus and in the community.

Parker has also helped to develop and instruct in the Stevens Leadership Academy.

  • Reached 500 career games coached in 2023
  • The Ducks won a record five consecutive conference tournament titles from 2015-19 and have advanced to the NCAA Tournament in six straight seasons - one of the longest active streaks in Division III
  • Parker holds the program record for most wins
  • 13 NCAA Tournament appearances (11-11-2 record in NCAA tournament play) 
  • In total, Parker has taken the Ducks to 16 conference tournament championships  
  • Led the 2019 squad to a school record 15 consecutive victories.
  • Helped Stevens win the ECAC Metro Region in 2014, 2008 and 2007
  • Advanced to the NCAA Round of 16 in 2019 for the first time since 2015 and three times in program history (2019, 2015 & 2005)
  • In 2010, improved the team’s win total by 11 matches from the previous year 
  • Took the 2005 Ducks team to the NCAA Round of 16 for the first time in program history 
  • Won a total of seven conference coach/coaching staff of the year awards

  • He holds certifications from the United States Soccer Federation and NSCAA/United Soccer Coaches Association 
  • Has completed courses from the United European Football Association, the Czech Football Association and the Football Association of Ireland  
  • Served four years on the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Committee including two as national chair 
  • Served as the Head Coach for the women's soccer team at Saint Peter's College (Now university) from 1998-99
  • Worked with both the Maryland and New Jersey Olympic Development Programs 
  • Coached with the Wheaton Wings Soccer Club in Maryland as well as Freestate United in Maryland and Colonia FC and Central Jersey Riptide in New Jersey 
  • Helped found and organize the Match Fit Academy in New Jersey  
  • Assistant coach at Georgetown University from 1995-98 
  • Worked in both the Sports Information Offices at Georgetown and Texas Tech University
