Hunter Remley was promoted to Stevens Athletic Event Manager in the fall of 2023 after serving as the men’s basketball assistant coach, athletics coordinator, and fitness and wellness coordinator.
Remley comes to Hoboken from Utica College, now Utica University, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in sports management in 2020 and his Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2021. While at Utica, Remley was a five-year member of the basketball team, a member of SAAC, and a Dean's List recipient for every semester.
While at Utica, Remley was a five-year contributor for the Pioneers. He scored a career high 27 points in his freshman year while averaging 9.0 ppg and 71.9% from the free throw line. Over his career, Remley started in 68 of 82 games played in and averaged 8.2 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.
Remley was the first and only Utica College player to appear and compete in 4 different Empire 8 conference tournaments. Finishing his career, he has made 140 3-point field goals to rank 6th in school history, and has made 40 or more in three different seasons. He is also 11th in program history with 71 career starts, 16th in free throw percentage, and 20th in blocks.
Prior to his work with the Ducks, Remley wore many hats at Pratt Institute as the assistant men’s basketball coach, interim assistant women’s basketball coach, facility supervisor, and head men’s and women’s tennis coach.
