Ibrahim is an Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 15 years of experience working with both patients and athletes.
After a long and prolific Sport Martial Arts career he started working as the head competition coach at Karate N' Motion. During his time as Sensei there he had the privilege of teaching and training multiple national and international champions. In addition, he also started working at Joint Motion Physical Therapy (JMPT) in 2008. He was mentored by Triston Glynos, DPT and Marc Helders, DPT. While at JMPT he graduated from Kean University in 2012.Â
Always seeking the next step, Ibrahim then transitioned over to obtaining his MS in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University. He started working at Union City High School where he strove to ensure positive outcomes for Union City's athletes during the 2022-23 year. He then joined the Sports Medicine Team at Stevens Institute of Technology in Fall of 2023. He is very proud to be working with such dynamic athletes and being part of an amazing team of medical professionals.Â
Ibrahim lives with his amazing wife Nikita and elephant Kitich. He still teaches martial arts and is a strength coach in Dunellen.
