In addition to her time on the sidelines for Hun, Jaeger served on the coaching staff of both Triple Threat Elite and Corrigan Sports.

Before entering the coaching ranks, the Whitehouse Station, New Jersey native was a three-sport standout at The College of New Jersey, competing in cross country, indoor track and field and lacrosse, earning All-America honors both on the track and on the lacrosse field. Jaeger was then named to the organization’s Academic Honor Roll as a senior.

On the track, Jaeger earned a pair of All-America honors in the 800, finishing in seventh place at the Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in both 2016 and 2018. She also ran a leg on the Lions’ NCAA-qualifying 4x400-meter relay squad that reached the national championship meet in 2019 and was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) G. Larry James Most Outstanding Athlete of the 2018 indoor championship meet. Additionally, Jaeger spent two years on the cross country course, helping TCNJ win an NJAC title in 2015.

Jaeger completed her Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education and iSTEM in 2019 and went on to earn her Master of Arts degree in special education one year later. After graduation, Jaeger served as a special education teacher at the Princeton Middle School.
