He supervises two part-time strength and conditioning coaches, along with volunteer coaches and student workers, while maintaining daily operations, equipment care, and weight-room safety standards. In addition, he manages the department’s nutrition and fueling station for all varsity programs.
Prior to being named Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Linder served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Stevens from 2019 to 2021, where he assisted in the oversight and programming for all varsity teams and gained extensive experience in sport-specific periodization and performance analysis. He also held roles with the New York Red Bulls Academy and Parisi Speed School, working with youth and academy athletes on speed, agility, strength development, and technical training, including soccer-specific sessions and GPS performance analysis.
A native of Secaucus, New Jersey, Linder earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Exercise Science from Montclair State University.
