Sage Pollack enters her second season as an Assistant Coach with the swim teams in 2025-26.

Pollack was a two-time MAAC Champion during the 2021-22 at Canisius, establishing programs records in both the 50-free (23.07) and 100-free (51.19). In the 2021-22 campaign, Pollack claimed 18 first-place finishes, and set the Koessler Pool record in the 50-free and 100-free.
