Tatum Schatt joined the Stevens Field Hockey program as an Assistant Coach in 2025.
Schatt brings a wealth of coaching experience and leadership to Castle Point, most recently serving as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Smith College, where she played an integral role in team operations, practice planning, social media coordination, event management, and recruiting. She is currently pursuing her Master's of Science in Exercise and Sports Studies at Smith, with an expected graduation date of May 2025.

Prior to her time at Smith, Schatt coached with multiple elite programs, including Revolutions Field Hockey Camp and 3STEP Sports Elite Camps, where she mentored youth athletes and helped organize high-level clinics and overnight camps.
A native of Maryland, Schatt earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Washington College, where she also excelled as a student-athlete. She was a two-year captain of the varsity field hockey team, earned Second Team All-Centennial Conference honors, and was twice named Team MVP. She also demonstrated strong leadership off the field as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and Vice Chair of the Centennial Conference SAAC.

Schatt brings experience with advanced tools such as Spiideo, Gipper, Excel, and PlayerDash, and has worked extensively in areas including fitness education, recruiting coordination, and team operations.
