No. 5 Men's Soccer Records Scoreless Tie Against TCNJ

EWING, N.J. (September 12, 2007) – Senior forward Mike Kaiser registered a game-high five shots as the Stevens Institute of Technology men's soccer team played to a scoreless tie against The College of New Jersey on Wednesday afternoon at Lions Stadium in Ewing, N.J. This is the second stalemate in as many games for Stevens.

In the contest, the Ducks (3-0-2) held a 16-7 advantage in shots. They also earned an 8-4 edge in corner kicks.

Stevens' freshman keeper Zach Carr made two saves on the afternoon, while TCNJ (4-1-1) senior goaltender Steve Scutellaro (Brick, N.J.) pushed aside five.

Head Coach Tim O'Donohue and the Ducks return to action this Saturday when they complete their four-game road trip at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Action gets underway from Robert T. Shields Field at 1 p.m.
