With the win, the Ducks improved to 8-0-2 on the year with a 2-0 mark in conference play, while the Bombers dropped to 5-4 with a league record of 0-2.

Freshman goalkeeper Zach Carr made three saves on the afternoon for the Ducks. One of the stops came on a penalty kick attempt with less than six minutes remaining in the second half. His counterpart, junior Andy Wilhelm (Ellicott City, Md.), turned a game-high seven shots aside for the Bombers.

Head Coach Tim O'Donohue and his squad continue their five-game home swing this Monday when the Ducks host the Cougars of Kean University. Kick-off is slated for 8 p.m. and all of the action can be seen at www.Empire8.tv.
