Mike Polizzi Interview | Complete National Ranks HOBOKEN, N.J. (January 30, 2015) – The Stevens Institute of Technology wrestling team will go up against four Centennial Conference foes this weekend, taking on Johns Hopkins University and Gettysburg College Saturday, along with Muhlenberg College and No. 21 Ursinus College Sunday.
Saturday's matchups will be at 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. with the Ducks battling the bullets of Gettysburg first and the Blue Jays of Hopkins second. Those matches will take place on the campus of New York University.
Sunday is a makeup of matches postponed on January 24 at the Canavan Arena. Stevens will first welcome Muhlenberg to town for a 12 p.m. meeting, before grappling with No. 21 Ursinus at 2 p.m. Both Sunday matches will be broadcast live via

National RankingsDuck senior 157-pounder
Mike Polizzi cracked the national rankings in his weight class recently, checking in at No. 8. Polizzi started the year coming back from injury before opening 7-2. Since that time, the veteran national qualifier has ripped off 11-straight victories including a tournament title in Iowa at the MatMan Invitational several weeks ago. Polizzi comes into Sunday's action with a record of 18-2 (1-0 CC).
Freshman
Phil Woods has been excellent of late as well, and he has been rewarded by a No. 9 national ranking at 184 pounds. Woods is 20-7 overall and 1-0 in the conference, tallying five falls and one major decision.
