Field Hockey Looks For Bounce-Back Win At Hartwick

HOBOKEN, N.J. (October 2, 2015) – The Stevens Institute of Technology field hockey team will look to start a new win streak Saturday when it travels to Hartwick College in Empire 8 Conference action.

GAME INFO
Game time is set for 1 p.m. at Wright Stadium in Oneonta.

LAST TIME OUT
The Ducks saw their six game win streak snapped Wednesday with a 4-1 loss to No. 6 Montclair State University. 

SCOUTING REPORT
Hartwick brings a 2-6 record into Hoboken, and is currently on a three game losing streak. Sarah Ryan leads the Hawks with five goals and 12 points, while Shannon Carter has 75 saves in goal.

MEET THE DUCKS
Senior Dailyn Brook and sophomore Victoria Alvarez lead the Ducks with seven and six goals respectively, while junior Nolie Prouty has tallied a team-high seven assists. 

CRAZY 8
Stevens has won eight consecutive games against Hartwick, including a 7-1 rout last season in Hoboken. 

MILESTONE ALERT
Brook needs one more goal to tie the program's all-time scoring mark of 83 held by Marguerite Chavez. 

PACKING THE PUNCH
Entering play on Friday, the Ducks lead the E8 with 26 goals and 70 points.
