HOBOKEN, N.J. (OCTOBER 9, 2015) – After dropping a four set match to Vassar College Wednesday, the Stevens Institute of Technology women's volleyball team looks to rebound with Empire 8 Conference contests against Ithaca College and Nazareth College Saturday.
The Ducks will take on host Nazareth at 11 a.m. before taking on the Bombers at 1:30 p.m.

Christina Sciarra recorded 19 kills to go along with nine digs, while sophomore
Brianna Evans notched a double-double of 14 kills and 10 digs in the four set loss to Vassar. Sophomore
Mckenzie Kingsbury set a career high with six total blocks, including two solos.
BOMBS AWAYIthaca is currently on a 15 match winning and 19-1 on the season, including 4-0 in the E8. Joelle Goldstein is second in the E8 with 234 kills, while Kayla Gromen has handed out a conference- best 758 assists.
SCOUTING NAZCady Messmer leads the E8 with 239 kills and 47 service aces and has led the Golden Flyers to a 13-10 mark, including 3-1 in the competitive E8. The Ducks topped Naz in the E8 championship in four sets last fall, with Evans taking home tournament most outstanding player honors.
TOBIN WATCHAfter notching her 1000
th career kill Friday night, junior
Mary Tobin is 17 digs away from 1,000. The Boothwyn, Pa. native would become the third person in program history to join the 1,000 kill/1,000 dig club.

Emily Piekarski and sophomore
Sydni Horner are tied for club lead with 24 service aces. Piekarski is averaging .71 aces per set, which is tops in the Empire 8 this year.
