HOBOKEN, N.J. (January 6, 2016) – The Stevens Institute of Technology men's basketball team (5-5, 1-1) will play its first home game since Nov. 21 Thursday when it hosts Utica College in Empire 8 Conference action.

LAST TIME OUT
Behind a team-high 24 points from junior Evan Klimchak, the Ducks snapped a four-game losing streak Monday with a 95-94 overtime win over Elmira College. 

SCOUTING REPORT
Coming off a loss in its E8 opener to Alfred University, Utica brings a 3-6 record into Thursday's matchup. The Pioneers feature one player who averages double-figures in scoring in Robert Tutein (16.7 ppg.), and are led in rebounding by Ivan Iton (7.9 rpg.).

SCORE!
Stevens leads the conference in scoring (94.7 ppg.) entering play on Wednesday, averaging eight points better per game than second place Ithaca College. 

PAT ON THE BACK
Junior Patrick Barron is second in the E8 in scoring (21.5 ppg.), and first in threes (43). 

GOOD TO BE HOME
The Ducks have won four of their last five at Canavan Arena, and have outscored opponents by an average of 16.5 points in the two home dates this season.

MAKING IT LOOK EAZY
Senior Kevin Zychowski has scored in double-figures in each of the Ducks last three games, including a career-high 17 Sunday at Ithaca. 

HOT COFFEY
Freshman Ryan Coffey is averaging 15 points per game in the last two games, culminating with the E8 rookie of the week nod Monday. 

SOPHOMORE SURGE
Since scoring two points in each of the first two games this season, sophomore Chris Cosgrove has hit double-figures in each of the last eight games. The streak is the longest on the team this season.
