HOBOKEN, N.J. (September 23, 2016) – The Stevens Institute of Technology field hockey team (4-3) will look to bounce back against Utica Saturday in Empire 8 action.

Game time is set for 10 a.m. at Charles A. Gaetano Stadium in Utica, N.Y.

LAST TIME OUT
Cabrini jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead Wednesday in a 7-3 non-conference road loss. 

SCOUTING REPORT
Utica enters the weekend 1-6 in a schedule that's included two E8 losses to Ithaca and St. John Fisher, and a win against Hartwick earlier this week.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Stevens has taken three of the last four against Utica including a 2-1 victory last October in Hoboken. 

HOT START
Stevens is already 2-0 in the E8 this fall with wins over Houghton and Ithaca, putting them in a three-way tie for first with St. John Fisher and Washington and Jefferson. 

LETHAL ATTACK
Eleven different Ducks have scored goals so far this season, while six have at least two. Stevens is led in scoring by junior Katti Thomasian, senior Nolie Prouty, and junior Cassidy O'Hearn who each have three.

Sparked by that balanced and potent offense, Stevens is second in the E8 with a 2.86 scoring average.
