Freshman
Spencer Cook hit a layup with 2:47 left on the clock to put the Ducks in front by two, but Fisher hit one of its own on the ensuing possession before two at the line to put Stevens in a two-point hole. The Cardinals extended the lead to four with under one to play after a Stevens miss, before going 11-for-12 from the line in the final minute to seal the loss.

A jumper from Cook eight minutes into regulation put Stevens in front by three, before Winick's layup two minutes later extended it to five. Fisher rallied with a 10-3 run however to pull ahead by two with under six to play, but Stevens regained the lead at 29-28 and held it through the rest of the half capped with a Winick layup at the buzzer.
Coffey extended the advantage to six with one from beyond the arc three minutes into the second, but an 8-0 Fisher run put the Cardinals back in front with 15 minutes to play. Stevens pulled back ahead when Coffey hit a jumper one minute later, and rose it to as much as four with under eight to play, but Fisher re-took the lead for good with 1:36 to go.
