Taylor Whitlock scored for the second straight game for the Ducks and sophomore
Morgan Whitlock also found the back of the net for the Ducks, who won their second straight to even their record at 4-4-2. Stevens, who is undefeated over its last four matches moved to 2-0 in conference play. The victory extended the Ducks' winning streak to 21 in regular-season conference matches.
Jess Williamson found the back of the net for the Aggies, who dropped their second set to fall to 6-3 on the year and to 0-2 in the MAC Freedom.
For the second time in as many matches, it was Whitlock that struck first for the Ducks, this time in the 10th minute. The Yardley, Pennsylvania native forced overtime Saturday in the Ducks' victory over DeSales with a header in the 83rd minute. Whitlock beat her defender to a bouncing ball just inside the 18 and struck a left-footed shot into the left corner of the goal, while also absorbing a challenge from a second Delaware Valley defender.
Matthews doubled the Ducks' advantage, sending a ball well beyond the reach of Delaware Valley goalkeeper Olivia Sherwood into the top-right corner of the goal. Rehrig touched a ball over to Matthews well beyond the 18 and the New Milford, New Jersey native had a little bit of a running start and struck the ball with confidence toward the goal.

Inside the Numbers
- Stevens held a 36-1 advantage in shots. The Ducks have outshot nine of their 10 opponents this season. Of the Ducks' 36 attempts, 19 were on target. Sophomore Emily Leiby led both sides with five attempts.
- The Ducks' 36 shots were the most for the program since the team fired 42 attempts in the 2019 regular-season finale.
- The Ducks earned 10 corners, including seven in the second half. Delaware only earned one.
- First-year Victoria Dalton collected her first collegiate point with an assist on Morgan Whitlock's goal in the 83rd minute. Dalton executed a perfect pass through the 18 to a wide-open Whitlock, who sent the ball into the left-corner of the goal. Whitlock's marker was the first of her collegiate career.
- Rehrig extended her point streak to three with her helper on Matthews' game-winning goal.
- Stevens improved to 3-0 all-time against the Aggies.
- The victory moved head coach Jeff Parker to 299 career victories and 289 wins at Stevens.
Unsung Heroes
- The Ducks' offensive style kept Delaware Valley backpedaling throughout the evening. Stevens held the Aggies, who had been averaging 4.38 goals per match on 22.1 shots per match entering the contest, to just one goal on one shot. It marked the second straight meeting that the Ducks held the Aggies to a single shot.
From the Pitch - Senior Izzy DiDario
- "Every game we are improving as a team and finding new ways to work together. It was a great feeling to pull out another win and to also see so many people contribute to it. This game proves just how deep our bench is and I am looking forward to seeing how we continue to progress during conference play."
From the Sidelines - Head Coach Jeff Parker
- "Got the result we wanted tonight and had many contributors in achieving the three points on the night. Some really good moments and some others that show we're still a work in progress. Bottom line is that that was a road conference match that we needed to perform midweek - glad we were able to get many things that we wanted out of it."
