FROM THE MEET (Head Coach John Kolibab)
• "Vassar's opening meet is something we look forward to all year. It's a great way to start off our cross country campaign, and the shorter race distance and tough competition is an excellent early test for our squad. I'm incredibly pleased with what I saw today, and I couldn't be happier with where our teams are headed."
• "Our Men's squad hit the ground running with a great start to the season.  The team raced according to planand they moved up the standings each kilometer.  In the final kilometer, our team finished strong and was able to jump to third place, which is a great finish at a meet so strong. Our team also did a solid job of working and racing together, which is a great sign to see so early in the year.  Overall, I'm very happy with where our men's team is at, and I'm looking forward to see what they can do this season."

UP NEXT
After a week off, the Ducks head to Galloway, N.J. for the Osprey Open on September 14.
