Hoboken, N.J. – The Stevens Institute of Technology field hockey team looks for a third straight Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Championship as their schedule was unveiled Wednesday.
 
The Ducks open the season on Friday, August 29, traveling to York, Pennsylvania, for a 7 p.m. showdown against York College (Pa.). Two days later, Stevens heads to Chester to face Widener University on Sunday, August 31 at noon, followed by a visit to Albright College on Saturday, September 6. A midweek trip to in-state rival Rowan University follows on Wednesday, September 10 at 4 p.m.
 
The home opener takes place on Saturday, September 13, when the Ducks welcome Swarthmore College to the DeBaun Athletic Complex for a 12 p.m. matchup. Stevens returns to the road on September 17 to take on SUNY New Paltz before hosting Eastern University on September 20. Consecutive games follow on the next weekend, with Stevens hosting Washington and Lee University on Saturday, September 27 and Christopher Newport University on Sunday, September 28.
 
October opens with back-to-back road games at William Paterson University on October 3 and Stevenson University on October 8. The Ducks begin MAC Freedom play on Saturday, October 11 at Lebanon Valley College. Conference action continues with a home night game against Arcadia University on October 15, followed by road contests at DeSales University on October 22 and Delaware Valley University on October 25.
 
The regular season concludes with a pair of home MAC Freedom games—against Misericordia University on October 29 at 4 p.m. and FDU-Florham on Saturday, November 1 at noon. Postseason play begins on Wednesday, November 5 with the MAC Freedom Semifinals, followed by the MAC Freedom Championship on Saturday, November 8.
