How It Happened
The Ducks went scoreless through the first four-and-a-half minutes but caught fire quickly, scoring their first four goals less than 2:30 apart and their first six less than 5:00 apart. Stefanie Sellitto broke the ice, with Maddie Hogan and Alison Murray each tacking on in the following two minutes. Hogan and Murray each tacked on another and Elise Hensley made it 6-0 at the 5:57 mark. Murray capped her first quarter hat trick and Gracie Shea added the final goal of the quarter less than two minutes later.

Alina Friz, Sellitto (twice), Hogan, and Abby O'Brien all found the back of the net for the Stevens in the second quarter, as the Ducks initiated the running clock just past two minutes into the period, carrying a 19-2 advantage in shots on goal into the locker room.

Colleen Ginsberg, Gracie Shea, and Sellitto all added on in the third quarter, then Sellitto, Elise Hensley, and Maddie Sullivan added on the final three goals of the night in the fourth quarter.
