Annville, Pa. – The MAC Freedom released its men's golf pre-championship poll Tuesday ahead of this weekend's conference championship tournament and the five-time reigning champion Stevens Institute of Technology earned six first-place votes from the conference's eight head coaches, finishing first in the poll.
Stevens amassed 47 points, finishing six points ahead of Arcadia and 10 points ahead of Lebanon Valley, who split the remaining first-place votes in the poll. DeSales (31 points) and Delaware Valley (23 points) rounded out the top five.

The Ducks were the only team to card a round under 300 total strokes at last year's conference championship, doing so on both Day 1 and Day 2, winning by 29 strokes, with
Ben Slicker,
Brock Dickson,
Sebastian Beaver,
Arav Tank, and
Maxime Debets posting the five lowest individual scores as the quintet comprised the entirety of the All-Conference First Team. The team finished the event with 134 combined birdies/pars, 19 more than any other school. Head Coach Charlie Papendick also took home Coach of the Year honors.
The 2026 MAC Freedom Championship will be held April 25-26 at the Iron Valley Golf Club in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
