Biography

Coach Aldins says: "Ray was our top defensive replacement in the infield and made some huge plays for us, especially down the stretch. We are excited to see him compete for even more opportunities in 2019."

2019: appeared in 14 games and started 1, batting .133…had a single in his only at-bat vs. #5/7 Randolph-Macon (3/18)…came in as a pinch runner and scored a run in a comeback victory in the 1st game of a conference doubleheader vs. Elmira (3/23).

2018: appeared in 30 games and started 1, while posting a .200 batting average...picked up his first collegiate hit, a double, and went 1-for-3 (R, 2B, BB) vs. NJCU (3/18)…recorded a key late-inning sacrifice bunt vs. Arcadia (3/24)…collected first collegiate RBI on a groundout vs. Elmira (3/28)…came in as a defensive replacement and went 1-for-1 in the 1st game of a conference doubleheader vs. Elmira (4/5)…scored a run in the 2nd game of a conference doubleheader vs. Houghton (4/6-7)…combined to go 1-for-1 with an RBI in a conference doubleheader vs. St. John Fisher (4/13)…combined to go 0-for-0 with a walk in his only plate appearance in a conference doubleheader vs. Utica (4/28)…walked in his only plate appearance vs. Scranton (5/1)…1-for-3 (R, HR, 2 RBI) vs. #3 Ithaca in the Empire 8 Tournament (5/11)…went 1-for-1 with two RBI’s vs. #2 St. John Fisher in the Empire 8 Tournament (5/11).
