Biography

Coach Aldins says: Alex is a first-year arm who enjoyed a fine high school career. With some continued improvement Alex could be in the mix for some innings out of the bullpen for us this spring.
 
2013: appeared in 1 game out of the bullpen and picked up a strikeout in one perfect inning of relief vs. Yeshiva (2/20).

High School: graduated ranked 4th in his class...played for coach Dave Dutra at Epping High School...named captain of his team...earned All-State 1st and 2nd Teams at various points in his career...played summer baseball for American Legion Post 90 under coach Paul Coates...attended a DeMarini Top 96 event and Harvard University’s Rising Star Academic Prospect Camp...also played football for Epping.
 
Personal: son of Joyce and Almond Osgood...has three siblings named Greg, Jeff and Christine...planning on majoring Chemical Biology with a plan to pursue medicine...picked Stevens because of its location and excellent educational opportunities...top MLB team and player are the Boston Red Sox and Tim Wakefield...favorite book is 1984...top movie is Remember the Titans.
