Biography

Coach Aldins says: James was having a solid fall with the bat before an injury cut his freshman campaign short. We look forward to getting him back healthy and seeing what he can do.

High School: earned National Honor Society and AP scholar status...named Academic All-County and was a Wingate award winner...played for coach Michael Grippo at Staten Island Technical School and helped his team to four straight City Playoff Appearances...named captain of his high school team...batted .364 with 7 doubles and 14 RBI’s...was named a Staten Island Advance All-Star and was awarded a Silver Slugger award...was a PSAL Exceptional Senior selection...played summer baseball for the Staten Island Rangers under coach Tommy LoBello...attended a DeMarini Top 96 prospect camp, the Columbia Prospect Camp, and the PSAL Junior and Senior Showcases.
