Biography

Coach Aldins says: "Alex comes to us as a speedy outfielder who swings a quality left handed bat. He will look to break into our outfield rotation and compete for at bats in 2017."

2018:

2017: appeared in 17 games and started 1, while posting a .111 batting average...collected his first collegiate hit, a single, vs. #9/7 LaGrange (3/16)…came in as a pinch runner and scored a key run vs. Rutgers-Camden (3/30)…stole a base in the 2nd game of a doubleheader vs. SUNY-Canton (4/8)…collected an RBI in the 2nd game of a doubleheader vs. Elmira (4/14)…pinch ran and scored a run vs. Utica (4/22).

High School: earned Presidential Award and also named to National Society of High School Scholars…played varsity baseball for coach Pat Esposito at Granite Bay High School…helped team to quarterfinals of the playoffs…voted Most Improved player senior year…played summer ball for coach Matt Walbeck of the Walbeck Baseball Academy…attended Under Armour Southwest 18u Championship and Headfirst Honor Roll Florida Camp.
