Coach Aldins says: Chris has been a great leader for this team both on and off the field and the coaching staff will look for more of the same in 2012. Chris is a key arm on our pitching staff out of the bullpen and will look to compete for key innings this spring.

2011: appeared in five games and started three on the mound...posted an 0-2 record with a 7.07 ERA over 14.0 innings of work...had a quality start (5 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 2 ER) vs. Transylvania (3/18)...threw two perfect innings of relief (0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K) vs. Baruch (4/25).

2010: appeared and started in five games on the mound...posted a 2-2 record with a 5.66 ERA over 20.2 innings of work...had a solid start (4 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 4 K, BB) vs. John Jay (3/31)...started and had an excellent outing (6 IP, H, 0 R, 5 K, 2 BB) vs. Mt. St. Vincent (4/5)...picked up the win in a solid start (5.0 IP, 7 H, 4 R, ER, K) vs. John Jay (5/4).

2009: did not appear in any games as a pitcher.

High School: played for coach Rob Maccone at Riverhead…competed for the Long Island Mariners summer ball program under coach Jose Kortright…attended University of Buffalo Prospect Camp.

Personal: son of Steven and Anne Marie Tucci…has a brother Jonathan and a sister Sara…majoring in Bio Medical Engineering…born 10/21/90…favorite thing about Stevens is the campus location and small community…favorite MLB team is the New York Yankees…top book and movie are Angels and Demons and Wedding Crashers...enjoys traveling and listening to country music.
