Retired the only batter he faced via strike out vs. Rutgers-Newark (3/1) … 0.2 innings of relief (H, 0 R, K, 0 BB) in the 1^st game of a doubleheader vs. NR/RV Middlebury (3/9) … Inning of work (0 H, 0 R, 2 K, 2 BB) vs. NR/RV Ramapo (3/11) … 0.2 innings of relief (0 H, 0 R, K, 0 BB) vs. Farmingdale State (4/3) … Scoreless frame (0 H, 3 K, 2 BB) vs. NJCU (4/15).

High School: Member of National Honor Society ... Competed for coach Michael Abate at Wayne Hills High School where he was a team captain and helped lead the team to a state semifinal game ... Named First Team All-League as a Senior after posting a 2.01 ERA with 65 strikeouts ... Played summer baseball for Wladyka Baseball under coach Jim Wladyka ... Attended Showball showcase camps. 
 
Personal: Son of Agron and Nurije Qira ...
