Biography

Coach Aldins says: "JC came back this fall an improved student-athlete in all regards. He provides some valuable versatility, being able to catch, play first base and track balls in the outfield. With some additional consistency, JC has a chance to become a regular contributor in our lineup."

2020:


2019: appeared in 20 games, starting 8 and posted a .167 batting average…2nd in wins (3)…3rd on the team in sacrifice flies (2)…went 2-for-3 with an RBI vs. William Paterson (2/23)…homered, a solo shot, in his only plate appearance vs. RV/#5 Misericordia (3/13)…walked in his only plate appearance in the 2nd game of a conference doubleheader vs. Utica (4/7)…hit a clutch two-run home run in his only plate appearance to lead Stevens to a victory in an E8 Tournament contest vs. Utica (5/9).

2018: appeared in 11 games and started 3, while posting a .059 batting average...collected his first collegiate hit, a single, and completed the day going 1-for-2 vs. LaGrange (3/14)…recorded a walk in his only plate appearance in the 1st game of a conference doubleheader vs. Elmira (4/5).

High School: played for coach Matt Buczkowski at Carmel High School …2017 Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference (MIC) Champions… Ranked #1 in Indiana 4A Division, #56 nationally, 23-3 record in 2017…hit .355 and .356 clip his junior and senior year respectively…2017 Academic All-State Award - Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Association…2017 Academic All-Conference Award -Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference… 2017 Scholar Athlete - Carmel High School…2017 Indiana Core 40 Academic Honors Diploma…played summer ball for Curt Greene and the Indiana Prospects…attended various Perfect Game and PBR tournaments and events.
