Coach Aldins says: "Michael is a talented two-way player who could make an impact immediately in 2017 on both sides of the ball. He is a good athlete, with a strong arm, and a quick bat."

2017: appeared in 4 games as a pitcher, posting a 0-1 record and a 12.00 E.R.A. over 3.0 innings of work...pitched a scoreless inning (H, 0 K, 0 BB) vs. Drew (2/22)…had a solid outing (2.0 IP, 2 H, R, 0 ER, 2 BB, K) vs. Rowan (2/26)…appeared in 8 games and started 2 as a positional player recording a .125 batting average...collected his first collegiate base hit and scored a run vs. William Paterson (2/24).
