Dale Jordan was named Stevens Institute of Technology’s head men’s soccer coach in August of 2016 and enters his ninth season at the helm. Coming into the 2023 season, Jordan has a 106-32-27 record and has led the Ducks to six regular season conference titles, two Empire 8 Conference Tournament crowns and three MAC Freedom titles.

Jordan has taken the Ducks to five NCAA Tournaments, and has won at least one match in all five trips, including a historic trip into the final four in 2022. The Ducks also made a Round of 16 appearance in 2017. Jordan has been named the conference coach of the year five times in his eight seasons on Castle Point.

Stevens took down both Worcester State (3-1) and Rowan (1-1, 4-1 on PK's) to make it out of the first two rounds of the 2022 NCAA Tournament. They then proceeded to host No. 14 SUNY Cortland, whom they beat 2-1. Stevens then found themselves matched up with No. 19 John's Hopkins. The Ducks won yet again on penalties, winning 5-4 after being tied at one after regulation. The historic run came to an end in the final four where the Ducks lost to No. 2 Chicago 1-0.
