Sean Stevenson

Stevenson enters his second season as goalkeeper coach after an impressive career that saw a rebirth of the men’s soccer program and a rise to national status.  Starting almost every game in goal in his four years at Stevens, he helped guide the Ducks to an ECAC championship and a pair of trips to the NCAA Tournament.

A three time All-Skyline Goalkeeper, Stevenson holds the career records in shutouts and goals-against average and is among the leaders in every other possible category in the record books.  The three-time captain has also received two All-Metro Region awards and was the MVP of the Ducks’ 2003 Sweet 16 season where he posted a miniscule 0.66 GAA in 22 games.

In the summer of 2005, Stevenson trained with the NY/NJ MetroStars Reserve Team.  He registered two saves against the LA Galaxy in which he replaced Veteran US National Team Goalkeeper Tony Meola.

Stevenson earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Stevens and is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Project Management.
