Agatha Malinowski joined the Ducks as an Assistant Coach after a five-year playing career with Stevens.

She was the MAC Freedom Tournament MVP in 2022-23, helping Stevens claim the MAC Freedom title. A three-time All-MAC Freedom selection, Malinowski opened her career by winning the Empire 8 Conference Player and Rookie of the Year Awards during the 2018-19 campaign.
