Men’s Basketball Closes-Out Homestand Tuesday Night

HOBOKEN, N.J. (November 23, 2015) – The Stevens Institute of Technology men's basketball team will be looking to continue its win-steak Tuesday when it travels to Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham in Madison.

GAME INFO
Tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the Ferguson Recreation Center. The game time and location were changed due to the water situation in Hoboken.

LAST TIME OUT
The Ducks set a program record with 21 made three-pointers Saturday in a 118-110 win over Drew University. Junior Evan Klimchak matched a career-high with 30 points, while junior Patrick Barron contributed with 25.

SCOUTING REPORT
FDU enters Tuesday's matchup 1-2 after splitting its games this past weekend at the Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament at Connecticut College. Led by 18 points per game from Jayson Hughes, FDU sports a lineup that features four different players averaging double-figure scoring.

HISTORY LESSON
Stevens and FDU have played each of the past seven seasons where the Ducks have gone 7-0. Three of the wins have come by double-digits, including last year's 72-58 win in Madison.

ONE MORE FOR FOUR
The Ducks current three-game win streak is the longest since Stevens won seven-straight during the 2013-14 season.

STRIVE FOR 90
The Ducks are 3-0 this season when they score at least 90 points.

25 TIMES TWO
Klimchak and Barron enter Tuesday's game as the team leaders at 25 points per game, good for second and third respectively in the Empire 8 Conference. Together, they're the highest-scoring duo in the E8.

PROVIDING ASSISTANCE
Klimchak and sophomore Chris Cosgrove are second and third respectively in the E8 in assists per game, making Stevens the only team in the conference to have two players averaging over five assists.

TAKING CARE OF THE ROCK
Cosgrove's 3.0 assist to turnover ratio is the best mark in the conference.

POUR ANOTHER
Freshman Ryan Coffey tallied his first career double-double Saturday with a career-high 14 points and 10 rebounds. Coffey is second on the team with 8.3 boards per game.
