HOBOKEN, N.J. (October 7, 2016) – The Stevens Institute of Technology men's soccer team will return to its Empire 8 schedule this weekend with a Saturday match against Utica.  

MATCH INFO
Match time is set for 1 p.m. at the De Baun Athletic Complex in Hoboken.

LAST TIME OUT
Stevens saw its four-match win streak snapped Wednesday night in a 3-0 loss to No.12 Franklin and Marshall.

SCOUTING REPORT
Utica brings a 2-8-0 record into the weekend, but is coming off a 1-0 win over then first place Ithaca last weekend. The Pioneers have been outscored 29-10 this fall, and own the lowest scoring average in the Empire 8. 

NO WIN FOR YOU
Stevens has never lost to Utica since joining the Empire 8, including a 3-1 win last season in Utica. 

WHERE THEY STAND
Stevens enters the weekend in a tie for second place in the E8 with Ithaca. Houghton leads the conference with a perfect 3-0-0 mark, while Utica is in a tie for fifth at 1-2-0.  

TAKING AIM
Stevens is second in the E8 with 128 shots led by 27 from junior Tommy Dorsay, and 26 from senior Jay Mikula.

FOLLOW THE LEADER
Senior Patrick Masur has served as Stevens' offense catalyst this fall, and sits second in the E8 in average points per game. 

ON THE BACK
Junior Patrick Boylan and sophomore Nicholas Cousillas have started all 10 games for Stevens on the backline, leading the team to the third-best opponent scoring average mark in the E8.
