ORLANDO, Fla. (March 16, 2017) – The No. 30 Stevens Institute of Technology men's tennis team fell 6-3 to No. 20 Kenyon Thursday in the final match of its spring break trip to Orlando.
The loss dropped Stevens to 2-7, while Kenyon moved to 4-8.
Kenyon jumped out to a 3-0 lead with a sweep at doubles including a pair of close losses for the Ducks with a 9-7 defeat at first singles, and an 8-6 loss at second for senior

Kenyon inched closer to clinching with a straight-set win at second singles, but Polk denied the opportunity with a 6-4, 7-5 win at first over Nicholas Paolucci. Junior
William Persson continued Stevens' comeback bid with a 6-4, 6-3 win at fourth, followed by a win at fifth for junior
David Schulz, but Kenyon closed out the win with victories at sixth and third.
Freshman
Divin Sarthak recovered from a first-set loss at sixth with a 6-0 win in the second, but fell in a breaker in the third in a hard-fought battle.
