From the Coach's Lane
  • "After a solid week of training and the semester starting back up, the men and women both showed up ready to race. It was a quick turnaround with the meet yesterday, but they swam well today. We are in a good spot as a team, but we have some more work to do to prepare us for the end of the year." - assistant swimming coach Daniel MacQuarrie
