Frank Medina in scoring pins as No. 14 Stevens Institute of Technology wrestling defeated York College of Pennsylvania 38-3 Saturday in a non-conference dual at Canavan Arena.

Pasquale Vizzoni also had bonus-point victories for the Ducks, who improved to 10-4 on the year. The 10-win campaign marks the most for the program since the 2018-19 season, when the Ducks finished with 13 dual victories.
No. 11/9 Camden Farrow had a decision victory at 197 to account for the lone victory of the day for York, who dropped its second straight in falling to 5-10. The Ducks have won the last three duals with the Spartans, with the average margin of victory being 26 points.

Junior
Luke Hoerle, ranked eighth at 125 by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) and fifth by D3Wrestle.com, scored an 11-6 decision victory over No. 5/4 Jared Kuhns to give Stevens an early lead. Hoerle opened an early six-point lead after a takedown and a four-point near-fall and moved his season record to 21-3. The victory was Hoerle's second over Kuhns this season.
First-year
Nico Diaz scored the final eight points of the match to post an 8-2 decision over Wilfred Jimenez before Slendorn posted a dominant 16-3 major over Bryan Diaz to give the Ducks a 10-0 lead. Slendorn has won his last 15 matches and he closed the dual season with a record of 13-0 and totaled 64 dual points.
Gutierrez scored the first pin of the match with a second-period fall over Dawson Miller to give the Ducks a 16-0 advantage. Vizzoni followed with a 16-4 major at 157 before Snyder followed with a 7-4 decision over A.J. DeVries for his first dual win of the year.
Major and Medina followed with consecutive second-period pins to clinch the dual. Sophomore
Max Ruiz put the final touches on the Ducks' impressive victory with a 5-0 shutout over Brock Hofler at heavyweight.Â
In an extra countable match, Schechtman notched his first pin of the year, stopping Joseph Cinquemani in the first minute of their match.
