FROM THE POOL DECK (Head Coach Adam Schneider)
"We had a lot of great races all weekend. We have been hitting some of our hardest training of the year and although everyone was certainly feeling a bit tired we were still able to get new season bests in nearly every event. Our performance this weekend has us feeling strong and confident coming into our last meets of the Fall, first at Hartwick in 2 weeks, and the TCNJ Invite the weekend after where we will look to post some personal bests."

UP NEXT
The Ducks return to the pool on November 16 as they head to Hartwick College to face the Hawks and the University of Scranton at 1 pm.
