The Ducks finished 2024 with an 11-6-2 record in the team's first season under the leadership of head coach Stuart Dick, including an 11-match unbeaten streak after a 1-4 start; that unbeaten streak culminated with six straight shutout victories in conference play, during which the team averaged more than five goals per contest. Stevens fell one game short of an NCAA Tournament bid with a MAC Freedom Championship game loss to Misericordia.
Four of the team's top five scorers from last season return, including Rookie of the Year and All-Conference Second Teamer Alina Friz, fellow All-Conference Second Teamer Sarah Wnorowski, Lauren Alley, and Sophia Murphy – all of whom totaled at least seven goals and 15 points.
Up Next: The Ducks begin the year with a pair of home affairs to close out August, hosting Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on the 29th, then welcoming Springfield to DeBaun Athletic Complex on the 31st, both matches scheduled for a 1:00 PM opening kick.
