Philadelphia, Pa. – Breona Pizzuta set a personal record in the weight throw during a one-event Friday for the Stevens Institute of Technology women's track and field team.

Claire Deatrick, and
Anacarolina Ventura all competed at the Widener Indoor Classic at the Ott Center on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania against a field comprised of select Division I institutions (Lafayette, Lehigh) and D-III's including but not limited to Johns Hopkins, TCNJ, Rowan, Haverford, Eastern.
With a personal and season-best of 12.17 meters, Pizzuta went 12.22 with her second of three throws, becoming the 10
th woman in indoor program history to surpass 40 feet in the event. Deatrick's best of her three went 11.37 meters and Ventura's best went 10.39 meters.
